The hotel is very clean, and the friendly staff provide excellent customer service, while the inviting rooms are in a great location.

Generally, truly enjoyed this nice accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff with great customer service. The location for Urbandale was comfy and marvellous, short walk to great walking trails, and eateries. I had quick lunch at Arby's, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Urbandale, had much fun and met affable staff with great customer service. Booked great-sized room that was kept clean.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with comfortable beds and a good view. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety.

The size of the room at Hampton Inn was perfect for my needs, with two spacious queen beds. The heating and cooling system worked flawlessly, and there were plenty of pillows for extra comfort. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room.

I must mention that there were a few drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the door leading to the refrigerator was broken, and the sliding door in the room did not provide enough privacy.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially during the night. People were talking loudly in the halls, doors were being slammed, and there were several disturbing noises.
